- Gordon Added June 05, 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just had the worst Coffee Club experience I've ever had. Most stores are good, some equate to average, but today I mark this Coffee Club as the worst store I've been a customer at.
I don't mind paying for a service and I don't mind paying for quality food, but this place lacks good Customer Service and good quality food.
I asked if the Spinach and Feta Filo had spices as I've had tongue Throat Cancer and can't eat spices due to the burning sensation they do in my mouth. I was told no, But there was spice (assuming it was pepper) which burnt my mouth. I also asked to have the filo without Salad, but it came with salad. I asked for a piece of toast with an egg no Butter, but I got the butter whether I wanted it or not. And with a large Cappuccino I was charged an exorbitant amount of $26.20 for all of this. I may have overlooked the inexperienced staff and the overpricing had it not been that when I brought this to a Staff Member attention, all I got was Sorry and I'll know better next time not to ask for the Filo. RUDE. There won't be a next time and I'll be sure to post something on Google and Social Media that reflects my opinion and thoughts of The Coffee Club and their Customer Service.
